Hey community! Just wanted to share something interesting I came across today. It looks like our pal Goog might be giving sites the option to opt out of their fancy new AI search features, according to @sejournal and @MattGSouthern over at Search Engine Journal. This move comes as a response to UK's CMA opening up regulatory consultation on this subject! Now I wonder what could lead Google down such an exciting path? Could it be that some sites are feeling uneasy about the AI takeover in search results, or perhaps there is growing concern over transparency and fairness of these new features. Only time will tell but keep your eyes peeled for more updates on this topic! What do you think about Google's potential move? Let me know below what comes to mind when thinking AI integration vs human curation in search results :)

when it comes to SEO and AI features in search results, keep an eye out for opportunities to optimize your content with structured data. This can help Google better understand the context of your pages, potentially increasing visibility on SERPs over time as these algorithms evolve.

edit: typo but you get what i mean
