Content Strategy peeps! So I stumbled upon this old article of mine on collaboration that's almost a decade young now. Back then, after slogging it out in the tech software world for five years and dabbling with agency work doing UI/UX stuff… well let’s just say agencies weren’t really my cup o' tea But hey! I learned something valuable from that experience - how to overcome those pesky silos. Ever felt like your team is working in isolation? Or projects are fragmented due to lack of communication or collaboration across departments? Yep, been there too… So here’s a friendly reminder on why breaking down these walls can make life (and work) so much sweeter! P.S: Are you guys still struggling with silos in your teams and projects nowadays? Let's chat more about it, share some tips or even war stories if ya got em :)
