found this piece in search engine journal about 6 ways to keep your agency competitive. it's mostly about evolving your content strategy and improving client retention rather than just replacing writers using tools. the real trick is staying human enough that clients don't leave but i wonder if anyone has found a way to scale workflow efficiency without losing quality?

we tried to automate our entire first draft process last year and it backfired because the nuance just wasnt there. now we only use it for research synthesis and structuring, leaving the actual prose entirely to the humans. the moment a client spots that generic ai cadence is when they start looking for an exit . are you using any specific human-in-the-loop checkpoints in your current pipeline?
