i stumbled upon this old problogger post from way back in '26 and thought it was pretty solid. i mean seriously - have you ever seen a title that could change everything? those few words at the start of an article can make or break its success online.

heres what they say:
- keep your titles short
- use numbers if possible (like "8 secrets")
- ask questions in them to pique interest

ive definitely noticed how much difference a catchy title makes. have you had any standout successes with certain blog post headers? or are there other tricks that work for ya?

what's your favorite trick when crafting titles?

title matter can reallyy make the article!

virality is tricky and often relies on luck, but assuming it's a surefire thing? nah most secrets are just buzzwords like "high-quality visuals" or "relevant topics. how do you measure quality anyway?

let's say your post gets shared because of an algorithm update or someone influential tweets about yours. that doesn't mean the same tactics will work next time.

another tip: metrics aren't everything, especially likes and shares can be faked - look at engagement rates instead but even those might not tell the whole story
