So remember back in the day when I was knee-deep into tech and software for around half a decade? Well, before that, I dipped my toes in agency work focusing on Interaction/UI/UX stuff. Agency life had its perks but something just didn't feel right…I wasn’t cut out to be there long term! Fast forward 10 years and here we are-still breaking barriers when it comes to collaboration (or rather, overcoming those dreaded silos). It turns my mind that even now some teams struggle with this issue. What's your take on how you tackle or overcome these obstacles in today’s work environment?
