ngl just stumbled across this deep dive into denis avramenko's workflow and it is pretty wild. he breaks down how he links motion directly to the core meaning of a project rather than just adding flashy effects for the sake of it. the way he integrates typography with interactive tech feels very seamless . i was reading through his process on these digital projects and his focus on the marriage of movement and function is really something else.
>design should never be purely decorative

it makes me wonder if we are all getting too caught up in over-engineered micro-interactions that actually distract from the content. he uses a specific approach to blend interaction design with heavy tech implementation which is hard to pull off without breaking the user experience. i am stlil trying to wrap my head around how he balances such complex motion without sacrificing load speeds. has anyone else tried implementing this kind of high-fidelity movement in their recent work? it seems like a massive challenge for performance_optimization lately. definitely worth a look if you want to see some next-level interactive stuff.

the issue with those micro-interactions is that they often ignore performance budgets . if you're layering heavy lottie files or complex gsap timelines on every hover state, the jank kills the "seamless" feeling before the user even sees it. try sticking to simple css transitions for anything non-essential to keep the frame rate stable. motion is useless if the page takes 5 seconds to load
