i've been hunting thru page two of google for sites that are basically zombies just waiting to be updated. instead of pitching new builds, i'm looking for abandoned pages that could easily turn into a $1,500 project if you just refresh the tech stack. it is way easier to sell a rescue mission than a brand new identity . anyone else finding success w/ this ghost site approach?

try running a quick lighthouse audit on those pages before u reach out. if u can show them exactly how much their mobile performance is tanking, the pitch becomes much harder to ignore. it's way more effective when you have data-backed proof of why they're losing users lmao
