Hey everyone, So I've been diving into the world of unmoderated user testing lately, and it got me thinking… What if there's a goldmine of insights hidden in those raw human interactions that automated tests might miss? I mean, sure, remote testing has its perks. But sometimes, I can't help but wonder if we're not overlooking some critical nuggets when we leave the human touch out of the equation.
