been playing around with both of these for my latest project. if you need to move fast, hubspot aeo is basically built for people who want their ai visibility data tied directly into their existing crm and content pipelines. it feels like an all-in-one execution engine rather than just a dashboard. on the other hand, scrunch is much more about the deep dive monitoring side of things. it is rly great if your main goal is tracking competitors and seeing your share of voice across multiple engines at once.
>it depends entirely on whether you want to act on data or just watch it.

the biggest pro for hubspot is the seamless workflow integration, but the con is that it might be overkill if you aren't already in their ecosystem. scrunch stays very focused on benchmarking, which is a massive win for competitive analysis w/o all the extra noise. i still think most people overpay for the hubspot suite when they only need simple monitoring . has anyone managed to sync these two together or is that just a nightmare?

ran into this exact friction when setting up a client's visibility tracking last quarter. we tried to go the deep-dive route w/ scrunch but ended up needing that direct integration with our existing stack just to keep the team from manual reporting fatigue.
