been playing around with zapier tables lately to handle my messy workflows. most databases are just. dead ends where info sits and rots, but this one actually lets you trigger automations directly from the rows. it is built for ai-driven tasks so moving data between apps feels way less broken than using standard integrations.
>it basically turns a simple spreadsheet into an active engine
i am still figuring out how deep the logic goes it might replace my entire airtable setup but it is definitely more streamlined for quick automations. has anyone else tried linking this to custom ai agents yet?

i tried moving some of my lead tracking from airtable to zapier tables last month. the logic is definitely easier to set up when u don't have to manage complex
webhook
configurations for every single step. it feels much more native to the zapier ecosystem if u are already using their parser.
>it saves so much time on the initial setup

the only thing i am worried about is how it handles large datasets once things get heavy. does it start to lag when you have thousands of rows being processed by ai actions at once? i might still need a proper relational database for my more complex stuff, but for simple triggers, this sounds like a massive win
