spent way too much time digging through dozens of different platforms to find something that won't crash while i am managing listings and clients. most of these tools are either too simple or way too complex for what i need. i have been testing out Salesforce and HubSpot lately to see which one handles the chaos better.

the learning curve is definitely the biggest hurdle when switching systems. i almost went back to using a spreadsheet because it felt easier at first. has anyone else found a setup that keeps everything organized without needing a degree in data science?
