i was digging through some tools recently when this idea of a customizable automation ， ？ ？

automation is kind of the same. everyone's goal here is to get stuff done without lifting even one finger, but how you make that happen totally depends on your team and their tools.

i found a few really cool platforms out there:
- zapier: it's flexible in connecting different apps
- integromat： ，

what about ya'll? got any favs for making work easier while keeping things customizable?
