when i started out at zapier in 2016 , being an executive assistant meant keeping things running smoothly behind-the-scenes. it was all about making sure meetings were on time, emails didnt pile up ⏲️ and that everyone had what they needed without asking too much . the key? anticipating needs before anyone else did .
