I've been nosying around these user analytics tools for websites and apps lately… Hear me out! While both are awesome in their own right, there’s a bit of difference between how they roll. If you haven't checked 'em yet or want to switch things up - here goes Heap? It shines when it comes down to discovering hidden user behaviors without any pesky setup! On the flip side… Mixpanel, my friends, is a great catch for real-time tracking and targeted messaging.
