I've been in your shoes before. Back in 2018 when everyone was raving about Zoom as the best webinar tool around (still a great choice btw), we tried it out and loved its simplicity but found that for our needs, GoToWebinar took things to another level with more advanced analytics features which really helped us optimize marketing strategies.
