spent way too much time testing different ai workflows to see what actually sticks. i narrowed it down to 17 tools that handle everything from the initial brainstorm to the boring automation stuff. most of these are much better than using manual templates JUST guessing. some of them even write the captions for you . ive found that using a curated stack saves so much time compared to hopping between random sites.

the caption automation is usually where it falls apart for me because it sounds way too robotic . i still spend a lot of time manually tweaking the output to make sure it doesnt sound like a corporate newsletter . do you use any specific prompts to keep the tone from becoming generic?
