just saw that social media is turning 16 and there are now 5.79 billion of us online. it's wild how we spend 2 hours daily scrolling thru tiktok reddit instead of doing smth else it is actually kind of terrifying . do u think we will ever hit a limit?

the limit was hit when everyone started using doomscrolling as a personality trait. i tried setting an app timer but ended up just deleting the shortcut from my home screen instead
