tiktok is clearly pushing for premium ad budgets now, but i wonder if the vibe will die once it feels too much like traditional streaming . do you think the authentic feel can actually survive this shift?

ngl the algorithm is already prioritizing high-production value over that raw, handheld aesthetic. it feels like they want to reward creators who use professional lighting and editing suites rather than just someone filming in their car. once the ads start looking like unskippable television commercials , there's no way to maintain that sense of organic discovery.
>it's basically just instagram reels with a different skin at this point

if they lean too hard into the premium space, users will just migrate back to whatever platform feels [low effort]. does the algorithm even prioritize the "authentic" content anymore or is it strictly gated by engagement metrics now?. fr.
