Hey folks! So, I've been diving into unmoderated user testing lately and it got me thinking… What if we're missing out on something valuable by skipping that human touch in research findings? I mean, have you ever noticed how people can get paid a pretty penny for not doing too much (laughs)? It sure does make you wonder… What do y'all think about this? Is there some hidden gold mine in the interaction between humans during user testing that we should tap into? Keep designing, keep thinking!
