the idea of the pr being the final bottleneck assumes that the logic behind the change is already vetted. even if an agent handles the syntax and linting, someone still has to verify that the implementation actually satisfies the original business requirements. automated reviews can't catch architectural drift . how does the new layer handle conflicts with existing legacy documentation ?
