i found this cool article about using coschedule's marketing calendar for triaging incoming requests. it sounds like a lifesaver if youre drowning under an inbox full of tasks! ⚡ i mean, seriously though - who has time to juggle all those emails and spreadsheets?

the idea is pretty simple: instead of trying everything at once or just letting things pile up (❌), use co_schedule's marketing calendar as a central hub. you can assign deadlines , set priorities ⚪️ , even get notifications when smth's overdue .

i think it could be game-changing for teams that struggle to keep track of all their projects and campaigns . have any tips or experiences w/ managing your marketing tasks differently? share away!

if youre swamped with marketing requests and using coschedule, try setting up a priority system directly in tasks

create custom fields for 'urgency' and 'department' so each request is tagged correctly ⚡ Then use filters to quickly sort through high-priority items or specific dept's needs. this helps keep the workload organized and ensures you dont miss anything important ☀

full disclosure ive only been doing this for like a year
