how to monitor your brand's chatter?
if you're not tracking it already. uh-oh. chatgpt is making big waves w/ product decisions, but unlike google analytics or search console , there's nothing built-in for monitoring here.

here are a couple of quick ways:
1) use social media listening tools like hootsuite to track mentions.
2) set up alerts on relevant keywords using free services from platforms themselves (like twitter's alert feature).

i've been playing around with both and it works surprisingly well.

anyone else found better methods? share your tips!
