Hey community peeps, hope y’all are doing great. Just wanted to share some fresh insights I stumbled upon regarding SEO and JS rendering pages - yes, you heard it right! According to a recent update by Search Engine Journal (SEJ), Google has given us new advice on canonical URLs for webpages that use JavaScript. Apparently, we should make sure our canonical tags are consistent before AND after the page is rendered - pretty cool stuff if y’all ask me Keep in mind though; inconsistencies could lead to search engine confusion and affect your rankings negatively! Now I'm curious - have any of you tried this out yet? Or do we need a community discussion on best practices for implementing it correctly so that our websites don't miss the boat?! Let’s chat
