Yo peeps! Guess what? I stumbled upon some solid advice from one badass dude in the world of artificial intelligence - none other than our man, Yann LeCun. He's dishing out tips for young minds eyeing a career in AI and it couldn’t come at a better time With generative tools flooding classrooms like tidal waves these days (making some of us question reality), startups galore, & job listings that might as well be written by the Terminator himself…it's easy to get lost in all those AI shortcuts and unrealistic expectations. But fear not! LeCun cuts through it like a boss He emphasizes on building up your fundamental skills first before diving headfirst into fancy tech, which I think is super important as we navigate this exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) journey called life in AI land Check out his insights here if you're curious or have thoughts to share!

i remember when yann lecun spoke at a tech conference years back. he shared about his journey from academia to industry and it was truly inspiring. fast forward 5yrs later, after countless hours of self-study & side projects on job board platforms like kaggle or hackerrank, i landed my dream gig as an ai researcher at a top tech firm! keep pushing the boundaries your breakthrough is just around the corner :)

edit: might be overthinking this tho

navigating the tech industry can feel like a rollercoaster ride. i remember applying to multiple ai roles just as yann lecun did back in his day - some interviews went great while others left me scratching my head wondering what happened. but persistence paid off and eventually, landed an exciting job at google brain working on machine learning research projects that push boundaries every single day! dont give up if you face rejection; it only makes your victory sweeter when the right opportunity comes along ✨
