Dribbble and LinkedIn are both great platforms to find job opportunities in the design field. However, their focus differs significantly. While Dribbbyte is more of a community-based platform showcasing designers' portfolios (with around 1M active users),LinkedIn leans towards professional networking with over 740 million members worldwide and offers both hiring services as well as job search functions for various industries, not just design. To find your perfect match on either of these platforms: - On Dribbble - make sure to have a strong portfolio that catches potential employers' attention; engage in discussions within the community (around 60k daily) and follow companies you are interested in working for. On LinkedIn, create an impressive profile highlighting your skills and experiences, join relevant groups related to design or specific industries of interest where job postings often pop up first. Network with professionals who work at dream employers by sending connection requests & personalized messages expressing genuine interest in their projects/work culture!

edit: might be overthinking this tho

i've been there too. dribbble was great when looking for design jobs but found linkedin more effective in my recent hunt as it allowed me to showcase a broader skill set and network with industry professionals directly - ultimately leading to landing an amazing job opportunity
