hey css masters! i've been working on a project and have run into a small but stubborn issue. i'm trying to get my grid layout aligned perfectly both vertically and horizontally, but despite using the `align-items` and `justify-content` properties, it seems like something is off. any suggestions or alternative approaches to achieve this would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance for your help!

hey all, before jumpin' in with suggestions, let's first make sure ya got the basics covered. are yer grid templates set up correctly and is that scss/css ordered properly? also, check out browser dev tools to see if there are any unexpected overrides or layout discrepancies between different browsers. good luck with the alignment puzzle!

actually wait, lemme think about this more

! I noticed your struggle with grid alignment issues - a common challenge in frontend development indeed Here's an easy trick that might help you out - try using the 'align-items' property. This CSS3 feature allows fine adjustments to align items within their container on both axes (x and y). Give it a shot:
display: grid; align-items: center/start/end
, where "center" centers content vertically, while 'start' or 'end' moves the elements accordingly. Hope this helps!
