fellow optimizers and data-driven strategists, I'm currently battling a conversion rate plateau in one of my projects (ecommerce site selling outdoor gear). Even though we have steady traffic coming to our website from various channels like SEO & PPC campaigns, the actual conversions just won’t budge.
