So I joined HubSpot not too long ago (yay!), but before that…I was one of their customers for years. Guess what? That gave me the perfect opportunity to get creative with all those handy tools they offer, huh?! But then came my next challenge: modernizing a customer reference system at work It's been around forever and has served our teams well…but now it needs an upgrade. With new expectations coming in left & right plus the whole complexity thing going on…it was clear we needed to step up! What do you think?
