fellow devs! I've been on an exciting journey lately and wanted to share some insights. We started off manually deploying (SSH + npm start), then added process management with PM2, containerized things using Docker, orchestrated locally with docker compose… you know the drill Then we intentionally broke stuff just so feel that sweet pain of needing better solutions! Moved to Kubernetes and started automating like a boss. Thought I'd share my thoughts: Why stop now? Let's keep scaling, learning from failures & operating more efficiently - basically becoming real companies with our apps What about you guys? Any interesting experiences or challenges while transitioning towards Production DevOps that you wanna chat up and learn together?!
